The man who shot a teen as she sat in the backseat of a car told Milwaukee police he was aiming for the tire and had never fired a gun before that fatal day. Police arrested Marcellus Duckworth, 23, and charged him with first-degree reckless homicide and use of a dangerous weapon after he shot 15-year-old Gabrielle Landry the day before Valentine's Day.
